1. Estimates & Consultations
All estimates and consultations are provided free of charge unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change if additional work, materials, or site conditions are identified.
2. Project Approval & Scheduling
Work begins only after written or digital approval of the estimate or proposal. Scheduling is based on availability and may be adjusted due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Heaven’s Handywork will communicate any delays promptly.
3. Payments & Invoicing
Payment terms will be outlined in each proposal. Deposits are required for larger projects before scheduling begins. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept major forms of payment.
4. Cancellations & Changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Any changes to scope, materials, or design after project start may affect cost and timeline.
5. Warranty & Workmanship
We stand behind our work. All installation and materials are covered by a limited workmanship warranty of one (1) year from the completion date unless otherwise noted in the contract. Natural wear, weather, and misuse are not covered.
6. Liability
Heaven’s Handywork Landscaping is not liable for damage to underground utilities or structures not disclosed before work begins. Clients are responsible for providing clear access to work areas.
7. Privacy Policy
Your personal information (including phone, email, and address) is collected solely for communication and project purposes. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
